Mission Statement
It is the mission of the CVB to bring more visitors to
the Coeur d'Alene Area; to encourage repeat visits by those
who have been here before; and to extend the stays of all
visitors.
About Us
The CVB is the official tourism marketing organization
for the Coeur d'Alene area. The CVB formed in 1999 as a
division of the Coeur d'Alene Area Chamber of Commerce. CVB
finances are independent of the overall Chamber budget.
Funding is derived from: Membership dues, Idaho Travel
Council funds (marketing dollars only), co-op match dollars
and fundraising activities. The CVB has an approximate
annual marketing budget totaling $500,000 which includes ITC
grant dollars and cash match from industry partners.
